1/2 hr elliptical.
So I did an hour of elliptical as fast as I could before work Friday.Made myself so queasy that I left work early went home got sick and stayed in bed the rest of the day
I was gonna go for a run yesterday but it was to hot so I stayed inside and used the elliptical
I did something similar this sat: 27.3 MILE ruck with 40-47 pounds.
Nothing similar.I did mine on Sunday and you did yours on Saturday.
First trail run last night...wasn't pretty.
am i right in thinking that grown men are discussing using an eliptical machine in this threadget in the garage and hit the heavy bag girls
There will be no elipticals here. Those are for those who take shaky sideways shirtless photos in gay men's roadside bathrooms.My workout:60lb sandbag - clean / front squat / press / back squat..7 reps...followed by 1/4 mile run.......as many times as possible in 45 minutes.
2 mile trail run.stopped a couple of times to catch my breath trying to run at a faster pace then my usual.
Tried 5 mile run yesterday and it wasn't so good on the uphill part
Your rear delts are probably too big and heavy which pulls you back.
So I should run backwards up hill and let my rear delts pull me forward?
