 Keep up with the wegith training...as hard and intense as pissible. Train like a BB. Up your good fats and lower the carbs. 3-4 Omega caps with every meal except for carb meals...carbs shoudlnt be much over 50g daily.

 ECA in the morning pre-cardio...

 Drink plenty of Green Tea...
