MONSTER lack of front and side delts, along with calves that belong on a kenyan long distance runner.

Look up symmetry in the dictionary bro, yours leaves a lot to be desired.

symmetry is when one side looks like the other.   you mean proportional.

Symmetry is when one side represents the same side inverted.

Overall, good. But why are you so unbalanced? Your left delt looks half the size of the right and your right leg is longer than your left leg ???

high volume training is a waste of time if you are a bodybuilder trying to gain lean muscle tissue...especially for someone natural...HIT is the way to go.

here is a quote from the great mike mentzer...

"Most bodybuilders seem to regard bodybuilding training as an endurance contest, which it is not. That, again, is operating off the notion that more is better. The idea is not to go into the gym to see how many sets you can do or how long you can mindlessly endure. Your purpose is to go into the gym as an informed, intelligent, rational human being and perform only the precise amount of exercise required to stimulate growth. Note the distinction. Your purpose is not to engage in an endurance contest but to do what is required by nature to stimulate growth. And, as it turns out, the precise amount of exercise required to stimulate growth isn't nearly as much as people have been led to believe or would like to believe."

the basis of anyone training to become a champion bodybuilder is HIT...it doesnt have to heavy duty, or dorian yates blood n guts style, but it has to have the basic principles in HIT.

email charles glass and ask him how he trains his guys.

It goes against everything Charles Glass preaches in his monthly program in md and in training videos.

Bast, did you photoshop this picture? Why are your arms nearly as big as your legs? How is it possible that your forearms are nearly as wide as your quads?

Not hating, your upper body looks great. Just curious why you allowed your legs to become so underdeveloped while your upper body grew.

i dont know what you read exactly... i can tell you that the basis of his training is HIT...he will incorporate high volume training in certain instances.

we are talking about training for the purpose of building lean muscle tissue...for the vast majority of trainees, especially on this level, this is done with HIT.
