It's what we all already know. Getbiggers are rich, do drugs, and are always surrounded by hot women and expensive cars.
But most important of all: No matter the situation, Getbiggers always go Herculeez in that bitch!
Editor's note: I bet Cswol is jealous of his little brother's success.
-
This isn't a parody either. I actually like this song :D
-
Herculeez baby please.
-
So much repetition - gives me a headache.

Leave it to Primemuscle to bring gay sex into it ::)
I was referring to how we probed each other's mission logs.

Hell, if Chaos downloads this song, he may actually be able to deadlift 400. Most people "in the industry" could tell he used fake plates in his last video
::)
-
He's no Eminem.

Excuse me?

He's no Eminem.
I am not saying that he is. However, he is also not backed by Dr. Dre. and he doesn't talk about killing his mom, or his babies mamma.
Let's get realistic for a second. Hollywood, whether it is music or acting, is mostly about connections.
Is Eminem a better lyricist? Absolutely. Does he have some good songs? Sure. Do I like this song as much as any Eminem hit? Yes.
Do you want to know the power of Hollywood? All you have to do is watch Eminem's debut. That is arguably the worst song in his catalog.
Hindsight is 20/20, But slim Shady obviously had help.

This song is terrible. Why he did become popular? Was it because he was white? Eminem turned out to be one of the best of all time, but I believe that it was a mixture of timing and a Hollywood push.
The guys in charge got lucky. Eminem is a great artist, but his first single was pure garbage.

he is a ginger/ hebrew to my estimate

It was the sound. It was self-deprecating, dark, and his voice was unique. All things that weren't easily found in rap at the time. Plus he was white, and had one of the hottest producers in Dr. Dre.
Also, back then the internet was still newish, so you couldn't just jump on the internet, and find out about all types of interesting music. You were stuck with whatever the taste makers were offering, or you actually had to do the leg work, and go to all little underground record stores, and dig through the crates.

The beat was terrible. The Flow was terrible. Black or white, it is a shitty rap song. Eminem had some damn good backers. Otherwise, he would never have made it.
I am not knocking Eminem, but you can tell that piece of shit video was commercially made. I am glad that he was able to fully express himself in later records. Beats matter, people.
Beats are more important then lyrics (in most cases) Do you want to make money?
Make a beat that people can rock, in a random car, on the way to any club in the country.

You're looking at it with a modern eye, everything looks worse usually when looking back at it with a critical eye. For the time it was innovative in the rap World, especially if you were just some suburban kid whose whole exposure to rap was MTv or FunkMaster Flex. Or on the flipside, if you were a black kid who was used to the "Money, Clothes, and Hoes" era, that song and delivery from a white dude was a bit shocking.
Also that song wasn't an immediate hit, it was a real slow build.
-
Of course Shitsoul being dirty ass mexican himself listens to this ghetto trash.

He was white. I think that Kid Rock had "catchier" songs. But like I said, I am glad that Eminem made it. While his beats are sometimes lacking, he is one of the best lyricists of all time.
This is one of my favorite Eminem songs..... Great beat, great flow.....Eminem at his best.
-
He was white.
That's what I mean. With that "My Name is Song", suburban oddball white kids had something they could dig without feeling like an outsider, and it offered something interesting lyrically to urban kids. That's why it became a hit.
