Something bit diff

As many of u know, im working with low volume at the mo and enjoying it, but after iv finished this period of training soon, i might try something diff.

Withoiut going into details split is:
MON=back/shoulders/traps
WED=legs
FRI=chest/arms.

Was thinking something like:

Squat clean and press
Squats or BB Hack squats
BB rows or heavy chins
Bench
UPright rows or Seated Militarys
Triceps French press (standing)
BB curl, heavy.

3 times a week (back to basics really). Might do above on monday and friday, and change things like rows to pulldowns and bench to incline bench. Seated militarys to upright rows etc.

Tho im not sure how many sets/reps i should use.
