Wrist Wraps

Looking into buying a pair of wrist wraps, what are the size guides for these? I.E. 12" 24" 36" etc what do these translate to? I'm assuming the length of the wrap and why would one want a shorter or longer wrist wrap?

12" is fine for the average lifter, remember they stretch quite a bit.

I have been using them for years due to wrist problems and they really help a lot.

12-in. wraps are probably the most versatile length.

Some guys like shorter ones for curling, etc. but the extra length won’t hurt anything – you can’t have too much.

And 12-in. is decent for most other movements as well, unless maybe you’re doing 700+lbs. board presses and lockouts.

Inzer, Titan and APT all make quality wraps.

I use these, 12" is plenty for RAW lifting.
