Yeh, I didn't feel them properly till I read his 1st blood n guts book about 14 yr ago... Some great tips, my fave was " for wide grip chins, try and imagine you are elbowing someone behind you.." All those little tips help alot, I might try and dig it out and re live me youth

Snp.. not sure. I met and worked with so many great guys from every city in the UK. Liked Geordies like yourself. Good question.

There main objectives aside, there a real socialist party, I think most the English wish they had similar party

SNP have a good following in Scotland and from what i have becommen from Friends in Scotland , they have a good chance. My Politics are always for the working man...Scottish or English. I was in Politics here and am known in Celle. My Politics are not hard left , but left.

X 100.... Barbell rows for the win, I can see a difference from when I don't do them, same with deadlifts which I'm too scared to perform anymore
you can build a good back with rows and a few chins alone

What kind of weight are you using with that volume?  I would have to use very moderate weight with that volume or my workout would take forever.

That is way to much any way you cut it. It may work but can't be optimal

How you can train balls-to-the-wall every day with that much volume is really questionable to me. So, with that much volume and frequency (consecutive days in gym), I can only say you are probably chasing a pump and not pushing very heavy poundage. If you were, there is no way you could sustain that type of volume.... wait a second I could be wrong... is your name Ronnie Coleman?

I've replaced BB rows with DB rows . I feel it in the lats a lot more , way better range of motion and it means more lower back "oomph" on dead day. This is the general approach of more than a few powerlifters, might not be the best fit for a physique type..
