Title: house of pain tanktop + 9 shakey skullcrushers with 100lbs
Post by: Sir William Idol on March 02, 2007, 03:19:03 PM

at 5'9" 215 contest/240 offseason, this looks like the one of the weakest strength to weight ratios ive ever seen, especially since he's on

his 225 partial deadlift for 12 is a close second

Not sure who that is, or why they would film doing that type of weight, but I would be willing to bet he looks better than 90% of the guys on here.

considering his physique and assuming he's not natural since he's a national level competitor, does failing at 9 reps with 100 lbs seem normal to you?

Looks to me like he is just warming up or demonstrating the movements. I think he could push a lot more weight if he wanted. In fact I bet he could push a lot more than you Mr. Idol. ;)

He wasn't exerting any effort. It looked to me like a warm up or just demonstrating the movement.
