Im new here and although I can see there are many members who seem legit and actually workout. Why are they so many flaming homos on this site. There is so much shit tlaking on this board its nearly worthless to read here.

I have to spend hours picking through trash to find any usefull information.

This is a disgrace to what this board was disigned for.

There's a difference between corporate/sponsor influence and some basic control protocols.. getbig is just madness.
