Vacuums are so pre-90s Hedge. That was an era of Aesthetics being on par with muscularity, upper bodies overshadowing legs etc. We're now in an era of mass and freakishness. Nearly every damn competitor has a gut. It's only a case of who can hold it in the longest. Anyone who can pull a vacuum is conferred freak status that's talked about for 5 mins, before the talk turns to the mass monsters with the least offensive aesthetics.People who keep singing the 'bring back the old days of glory' themesong need to move on. Change is a part of life and will happen regardless of your approval. You either move on or get left behind.Zac Khan has a small waist and crazy thickness. Maybe it's unrealistic for us to expect guys competing over 280 lbs on a 6 foot frame or shorter to pull a vacuum.
Maybe Victor if he gets his act together, or Phil Heath in a few years, but Coleman was exceptional beyond belief. It's hard to put all the factors together that made him the best into one physique.
Kiwiol thanx for the compliments but I think its fair to say ronnie is out of this world and we will not see someone like him for a while. I am training hard and trying my best to bring in a better package and dont wanna add size if it jepodises my mid section.. Here are some pics from my last competition in the british finals where i came 2nd in oct 2006.Train Hard Win Easy...

Victor has a long way to go, although that being said, he's got all the right weapons to do it. But look at these screenshots I took from the 2005 Mr Olympia, where Ron was smaller than in the previous year or the following year - you can tell how Victor, who looks pretty good, round and full by himself, looks small and under-developed compared to the Ronster.
Haha, the only site on the interweb where people can claim to eat 10,000 calories a day and still lose weight More ass kissing than Mayhem
Lol, its the most ruthlessly modded forum on the net. And not only that, all steroids are fake - unless the're british dragon. Hmmm
Do you think someone like Coleman will come along anytime soon?? I never thought it possible until Joel Stubbs came along. Too bad his legs will never amount to much though. Does anyone else think we'll se anything as great as ronnie anytime soon?
Zack is a friggin monster.Great Job Bro... Keep it up..
