He's a trainer at the Gold's here in Vegas on Flamingo and Sandhill...Still huge and ugly....seems nice but from all the stories I've heard from trustworthy people, I keep my distance.

I knew a Quincy in the joint. Tough dude, big guy, but one day he crossed the line and traded cigarettes with the Norteños, they found him in the library, was punched to death with heavy books. Miss that dude.

I saw Quincy at Nationals, he is working for probodybuilding or probodybuilder, a wholesale supplements distributor.
He was going to do the Iron Mna but, said he is now considering on doing the Phoenix Pro.
He has alot of clients he trains, including Melissa Detwingler, I dont know how to spell her last name
When I saw him at Nationals he was huge, he was 340lbs, and just massive.I have Known Quincy for about 20 years, he has always been a big guy.Quincy is cool, just hard working man trying to support and raise his kids

I have met him on occasion and he has been nothing short of a gentleman.  Did the whole pictures and autograph thing with my kid.  Gave me some of the best advice I had ever received.

He is currently dieting for the AZ Pro show... Expect him to make a BIG splash at the show! Last I talked to him he was 320lbs at 5%bf...

He lived in TX for a while and use to train at my gym, always hung out with this burnette chick named Brandy, who was 23/24???? Only exchanged words every few occassions.

well, that was a movie, but I think his real job even at that time was a CO. And they can make some money with overtime. I knew of a dude make 6 figures with some overtime.
