He was an incredible hard trainer. He never said he was the strongest. Though I bet the field of guys that could hang with him week in and week out is very small.
For some reason UKJeff has a hard on for Dorian. I agree with you though. His methodology worked best for me. I did tweak it a little though.
the claim he was that hardest training bodybuilder simply doesnt hold water, I have noticed when he trains anyone else he pushes them way harder than he used to train.
Probably too subjective to really banter about. I wonder if the videos of him training came after injuries/trial and error, etc.
I would like to see him have done a giant set with Milos....thats way more taxing on the system
Platz did a lot of extended set also............until the bar couldn`t move after half and quarter reps.
That video with Peter C. Siegel training Platz was awesome.
