Hi,guys
When I workout in my gym, my gym's members call me "f***king crazy old man "!
Now I can't lift as heavy as my young-age days,
but switch to train as many sets as I can ! When I train ,like no tomorrow !
(Actually I had injured many muscles, not just my low-back!)

Yes,You are right !
I always try to train with high-intensity in a short peroid of time when I was young.
But due to my age and injure, now actually I train with higher reps and sets!(try no rest between sets)

Sometime I try the high-intensity which I mention before once a month only.
I am afraid of I will injure again ,if I use the traditional high-intensity principle .

Ah i understand u now. u used to train high intensity, but now u favour more sets and reps?!

In the past what did ur training split/program look like, wen u were training high intensity?

It isn't the mountains ah

Hey dudes--Coach asked me to give a testimonial for him--he's worried his English can't get his point across as well as he'd like-- just want to tell you that I have witnessed this maniac first hand-- he is seriously intense withhistraining--puts everyone here to shame--- I've seen him do squats until  he's  about  to pass out -- I've beenhere for two years and he hasn't slowed down a bit--whatever you can learn from this guy take it--he's a natural

Hey all,

I've been working out at Muscle Center gym for more than a year now.  Every time I come in, Coach gets on         me to work out harder.  He yells, "No rest," "High intensity," and "No B-S."  Everytime he finishes a set, he flexes in front of the mirror, admiring his physique, as if he's some Greek or Olympic statue.  He's even gotten me to take shorter rests in between sets.  His routine works, even if it tires the hell out of you. He's  even got me and all of the other foreigners coming during Chinese New Year.

I've have been training in Coach Huang's gym in Taipei for 2 years now. There's a good reason why this guy was Mr. Taiwan: I've never met anyone as motivated as this individual. He's extremely intense, and his physique reflects this, even now, at the age of 54 years young. He is without a doubt the most ripped individual in our gym, and can still do double the amount of squats as guys half his age...
His motto 'No Bullshit' sums up his training here in Mucsle Centre Gym, Taipei.

Let me introduce two pics of meals which I always eat :

##Shrimp's noodles with broccli
(prepared & cooked by myself)

##Double MacDonald Hamberger & Wu-Loong green tea
(Speacial order !!Just bread & meat ,no salt ,no ketchup ,no oils.....4 pieces of meats are 2 $USD in Taiwan)

As I have wrote in my book :Always cook most of your own meals & caution while eating out !!

Today I have posted 3 pics of Viet-Nam's bodybuilders in "2007 Ironman / Arnold / Sacramento Pro Shows".

I always visit Viet-Nam due to my family (wife) .And I workout in Ho-Chih-Minh city when I stay there.

Bodybuilders still train very hard in that country even equipments are out of date(see pic)!
And all Viet-Nam's bodybuilders in 1990s and eary 2000s are naturals !

I wonder about young guys here in Taiwan always complain about everything when they are training .
And they try to find something magic like steroid or enhencing drugs to "take" or "eat" ! Most of young guys are lacking hard-trainning , dedication ,and discipline !

Those pics taken last May in Viet-Nam ,when I visited my family in Ho-Chi-Minh city.
