Beer diet with Pics( Highly recomended)

There has been many interesting  diets on these boards as of late, people swearing by sea salt, goat cheese ect.

Well for the last two months I have ate the normal stuff, ground beef, Pizza, Protien shakes and made sure to drink atleast 8-12 beers a night every night. the results were that I was a more cheerful person, slept better and my weight stayes about the same, strength and endurance went through the roof. I highly recomend anyone who is serious about bodybuilder or MMA to drink atleast 6-10 beers a night. Real Canadian Beer is best.

In these pics im 510, 220 lbs and not sure what body fat % is.


Im the guy in the wife beater and in the middle, the other Guy is challenging for the King of the Cage LHT, Shawn Marchand. The big guy with Tatoos in the team pic is a UFC Veteren Gaza Kalman. He fought Kevin Randleman and lost, but lasted 8:30 seconds when Kevin was the monster in his prime.

Actually she though I had cheated on her and attacked me while I was lying down with my eyes closed. I was able to restrain her wrists and wrestler throught the drywall. Her two brothes were there and saw everything and werent even mad at me.

There's some truth to that, though it's hard to tell in some parts of the US. Essentially you've got more mongrelization in the US specifically certain areas. Not the case with Canada.

Actaully most of those guys are pro fighters, and would smash you and anyone at your gym.
