I haven't had powder either in a long time either. I mean compared to stuff like rice, pasta etc the chicken, fish, etc is more expensive. For me anyways, it adds up since my body hates carbs.
So how many grams of protein are you eating?
about 120-150grams from animal source would be a random guess
not sure how many from plant source
no one ever specifies that distinction
twice a day tuna can + water shake (2x30grams protein), may add 2 eggs to morning shake
two pieces of pangasius cheap fish at lunch
and some peace of chicken or meat for dinner
i eat fairly a lot of carbs, a big bowl of corn flakes in the morning
rice as much as i feel like for lunch
sandwiches after work (with tuna water shake) with some cheese or chocolate paste
pasta rice or potato for dinner untill i'm full with some chicken fish or meat
