I was thinking the same thing honestly. I know a few who have died, and let houses filled w/ Iron for the family to deal with.
One reason why I've downsized my vintage-iron collection.
My brother-inlaw died of cancer a year or two back, I'm still selling off a lot of his things for the family.
He had tons of musical instruments, guns, tools, etc.
They gave him a year to live, he made it 8 with a special drug-trial he was in, but it got him in the end.
Why he never tried downsizing himself was puzzling. Even had to sell his 50K dollar Vette (a dealership bought it).
This gym guy has stage 4, get rid of that stuff. (Unless of course he has kids who use it)...
