When I'm sparring with Kimbo should I allow him to wear head gear or should I tell him to stop being a pussy?


Also, I'm gonna be hitting the gym for a brutal pec workout as soon as my chef gets done cooking my prime rib din din and I was wondering if I should use a palm or close fist grip when I'm benching........I really won't be going too heavy tonight, prob stick around 5 wheels...........thanks and god bless, SS.

tell him no head gear-there is no head gear in real life fights on the boardwalks or in the discoteque

i reccomend a close fist when going so heavy-i know palm is easier but when using such heavy weight safety is first

everyone seems to like the nasm...
but imo a trainer can have all the best certs in the world, and all the college degrees in the world, but if they suck at people skills and getting results...then their fancy cert means nothing

i used to love jump rope but nowadays it hurts my knees...just take it slow at 1st...good luck
