Im 28 days in paleo. For 28 days I have been doing a lot of intermittent sprints on treadmill and giant sets for shoulders and arms with anything i ccan find (car battery, cinder block, lol, I mean anything). Yesterday I built my own and squat rack cause I was given a whole pile of Olympic Weights and olympic bar. I was also given an old old old school stairmaster that I love. Today I did 6 sets squats, 6 sets straight leg deadlifts and 6 sets calf raises. Then I did 20 mins hard stepper and 20 mins easy treadmill. I started 28 days ago at 279 pounds and today, 4 weeks later I am 278 pounds  :D :D :D (oops). Its fun, wayyyyyy more fun working out at home. Anyways, for all the people tht hate me, heres my today pics. Feel free to nevermore me

heres the home made squat rack i  built--sitting in 2 pails of concrete and also nailed to the beams overhead--very stable

considering I have high level antisocial personality disorder and cant go to public gyms,....does fun really factor into this?

Im only using the tape...scale sucks---my waist is 2.5 inches smaller than when I started 28 days ago

String together 4-6 months of training,which will go a lot faster than you think,and you`ll be in great condition............... then keep it going from there..make it your lifestyle like you did back in the day of course not as obsessed or anything drastic.
