String together 4-6 months of training,which will go a lot faster than you think,and you`ll be in great condition............... then keep it going from there..make it your lifestyle like you did back in the day of course not as obsessed or anything drastic.

every 2nd day works for me. Just trying to be healthier and able to move without pain. The absolute main thing for me is the paleo, Im completely hooked on eating paleo. Ive cheated 3 times in 28 days, which Im fine with

Im 28 days in paleo. For 28 days I have been doing a lot of intermittent sprints on treadmill and giant sets for shoulders and arms with anything i ccan find (car battery, cinder block, lol, I mean anything). Yesterday I built my own and squat rack cause I was given a whole pile of Olympic Weights and olympic bar. I was also given an old old old school stairmaster that I love. Today I did 6 sets squats, 6 sets straight leg deadlifts and 6 sets calf raises. Then I did 20 mins hard stepper and 20 mins easy treadmill. I started 28 days ago at 279 pounds and today, 4 weeks later I am 278 pounds  :D :D :D (oops). Its fun, wayyyyyy more fun working out at home. Anyways, for all the people tht hate me, heres my today pics. Feel free to nevermore me

Glad makes you feel good. That's a great base to start with. Guys like you are hard to deal with physically try to lean down some as you age.

I am totally  in agreement with you that I do not look 278. I think if I saw me I would guess 230ish. I do not understand how I weigh 278,..and thats on 3 different scales. I have a fucking enormous head though, its 26.25 inches around and a sized 8 and one quarter. Its absurdly big,...and empty
