Agreed, fruit sugar is not the best PWO.
Powderade or Gatorate powder is usually Dextrose so you're better off with that. You can get Malto powder from www.trueprotein.com or just mix your own.
That's funny!! I thought Dextrose was simply grape sugar.
In any event, I agree wholeheartedly with the post-workout shake thing. What I usually do is have a serving of CELL-TECH, followed by 40-50 grams of whey protein. If I have the whey in powdered form, I'll drink two-thirds of the CELL-TECH and mix the protein powder with the remaining third, adding more water.
When I have the IsoPure RTDs, I simply drink one about 20-30 minutes after consuming CELL-TECH.
BTW - Mixing Orange-flavored CELL-TECH with Mixed Berry-Flavored GNC's 100% Whey Protein tastes absolutely TERRIFIC. And, that's saying something, considering that Orange is the one flavor of MuscleTech's creatine cocktail I can't stand.
