last time, I peaked at something like 223.
I was eating cake, mountain dew, taco bell and protein shakes all day.
ZERO cardio
This time, I'm just going to ramp up my carbs (beans, rice, sweet potatoes) along with the musclemilk.
I'm going to keep doing cardio, 150 to 20 minutes, 4 days a week.
I don't eat shit food, candy, ice cream, soda, etc anymore. I'm not going to start. Maybe I'll only hit a lean 185 or 190, I can live with that too. "200" just looks cooler on my goal sheet!
I guess I don't know how much more muscle I had at 215/220 than I do at 175. I can't imagine it was actually 40-45 pounds of fat that I lost.
