My suspicion is that she had a positive PCR test - nothing more.

She's so isolated that I'd be surprised if it's anything but. It was sad seeing pictures of her in a "socially distanced" funeral for Prince Philip:

I think either the 80-89 age range or the 80+ age range is a 1 in 4 death rate.

BUT - for people aged 80+ with no health conditions, it's still  something like a 98.5% survival rate [3 out of 200 HEALTHY people that age will die].

That said, MOST people that age have SOME health condition, if not more than one...
