Anyone have an opinion on ETS or Nitrean

Read this interview of a guy who went from a fat slob to a pro bodybuilder.  About 3/4 down he plugs these two products.  He says ETS is giving him reduced DOMS and deeper sleep.  I would love to have both those things.  Do you think ETS would help with that or maybe another product.  Has anyone ever noticed L Glutamine help with those two things for example.

i took both of them a few years ago. i got nitrean, ets, and opticean in a "mass pack"....all in all it worked really well. i would and am going to use it again.
