We should do that....You know the once we played when we were kids with cars and their stats on them... instead of PS: 1000 and all the other technical Car stuff we could have a picture of the Bodybuilder and his/her stats:

For example:
I would say....
Michael arvilla: 21 inch Biceps or Michael arvilla: 500 Benchpress
and if you cannot beat the card with the same stat you have to give it to the opponent , until one player has no more cards left.

This could be the way to get Bodybuilding mainstream folks.

Oh yeah......well. I'll just pull out my Mr. Intenseone card and his 500+ bench at 180 and own yours!
