He should not put on any more size/ mass …. Just streamline what he has (bring up the “ sweeps “ on his quads) make his back/ lats wider bring up the chest and he will be good (he chases size he will totally blow out his waist… if only he was a bit taller it would all look much better! ) got to do the best with what you have I suppose…

That middle is way past any measure of a reasonable bodybuilding aesthetic. It’s strongman-esque. Total placing killer. If the judges were to do their jobs.

And the finger-flicking-and-cup-the-ear maneuver to call for crowd noise is quite simply beyond played out. It was super cringe 20 years ago.

Now, anyone who does it should be immediately beaten into a bloody stew out back the venue.
