I bought a 120lb sandbag on a flash sale but had nothing to use it for. Workout ended with a conditioning circuit so I used it. It was awkward as fuck since it it very thick and hard to manipulate.
Total workout was:

Workout:
3 working sets of 10M Yoke Walk
Accessory:
3 giants sets:
12 pushup - 2 sec lower, 2 sec pause, explode
6 Inverted row with legs on box
Cuban rotation x 12 - basically a band pull with a rotator cuff rotation
Conditioning - 5 sets, 3 min rest in between
Sandbag push press a 120 lbs
30M Farmers carry - 100lb kb in one hand, 88 in other
15 push up
Sandbag bear hug carry at 30M
Run 400M (treadmill)
