I never said I was a national champ. I said from day one I walk around close to a local contest winning physique. I believe I have proven that now. Not sure I would call staying in contest ready shape near year round is luck. I train every week year round. I came back from a hernia at 5 weeks. I busted my ass for a year

Both my arms are great. My back also looked great as did my delts when I roll my shoulders forward it looks like I am wearing football pads. My shoulders are so big you guy didnt think I had a back until I turned around and won the show with it. Both my arms are great. My back also looked great as did my delts when I roll my shoulders forward it looks like I am wearing football pads. My shoulders are so big you guy didnt think I had a back until I turned around and won the show with it. I raced 20 plus times every season you have no idea what you are talking about. I raced at 5 different tracks. I was sick last year it happens. I absolutely should have won prior contest which is why I went to a pro-am with IFBB judges. As far as curling I got two white flags that is a valid lift. I also still have the 1st place medal. I also lifted more than their world record. They are simply saying now their world record is a tested record. They never invalidated my lift I strict curled 75 kilo in competition 2 white flags good lift. Not one of you can match it.

That show had a much smaller venue not a pro am either. It also had a lineup of 3 guys same number of contestants now look at the guys in 2nd and 3rd. I was in a more competitive lineup. I am also bigger than that dude. His legs look really small. But I see you found my worst pics to compare lol If I see that guy at Nationals I will beat him. Then the first night when the pros were competing, they thought it was the NPC show and that you bailed. Then when the NPC show was going on, they said you would finish last. I did shoulders yesterday but didnt share. The extra warm up on the shoulder made the later heavier sets feel more stable. Today the weather is nice so looking forward to getting outside for some pullups

I did follow the protocol that doggcrap maddog guy recommends or well someone said he did. I basically cut hgh 9 days out to reduce water retention and weight. Then after weigh ins I slammed it like a lot of it. I do believe slamming that much with all the fluids and carbs was a mistake as it is an antidiuretic. I just wanted to make sure I was full and could get a pump. I was worried about being too depleted and I took in too much. I do think it smoothed me out a little. Again learning process. I still won

The villain then left using his foot rockets as he had no desire for a fair fight but as he left he wished the hero luck in his self evolution.

I am noticing the progress by way of the actual density and thickness of your hair. I have an eye for these things and I am pretty certain you are doing something to help it appear fuller.
I am not sure of it's oral medication, topical or actual surgical work, but it does look substantially better. I don't doubt that by next contest it will be incredibly full.
True story. I have an Italian friend that is incredibly hairy all throughout his body, but went bald. He's in his 40's and about a year ago went to Turkey and got body hair transplants and completely filled the top of his head. So much hair he had throughout his body, that he can even get away with keeping the hair on the top of his head as short as an inch long and it gives him full coverage. Yes, the texture of the hair isn't as smooth as his prior hair, but he adds gel anyway and looks great. He paid a lot of money.

I realize over 40 classic Physique is not the Open Bodybuilding Division. I get that. However, that is still my division and, in that division, I have a great physique. Do I need to work on my posing yeah. Going out alone for the night show I was doing everything I could just not to have a panic attack there were 1k plus people out there. I am agorophobic it was terrifying I didn't hit one pose right. I was on and off the stage before they even had my music going. The prejudging was a lot better as it was slower and I wasn't alone. Do I need to dial it in better the last couple days yeah absolutely. It was almost as if I deliberately tried to mess up my physique the last 48 hours before the show. But I still had enough to win a regional level Pro Am show in my division.
Do I have the right structure and enough muscle to win a National show in the over 40 Classic Physique Division? I think I do. Obviously I would need to get diced up and learn a posing routing. But that is a lot easier to dice it up a little than to add muscle. I have enough muscle my arms and shoulders are big I am the right size for classic.
Of course if I get a pec repair that takes a year to recover that may change the time frame but I do think I have the size and shape to win a National Show in classic over 40 if I dial it in.
If I win Nationals will you all still call me delusional? Would I be considered a bodybuilder then? I doubt it. You would all say I cherry picked my class. That it was a sign the NPC had fallen. That I got lucky the other guys didn't even lift.

I also have a plan for this year. I am again looking at a major surgery that will set me way back in order to have the ability to be better in the long run. If I take 6 months of lifting getting a pec repair then do months of rehab and prep to come back to the show next year with a slightly better pec that isn't luck that is again a plan and it is not an easy plan. I might be able to do better next year without getting a repair and just training 12 months but I am absolutely going to do better the following year 2 with a repaired pec. I am in this for the long term and making long term decisions I am taking the harder path.
