ZMA with Melatonin?
« on: March 14, 2009, 02:33:36 PM »
Is it okay to take ZMA and melatonin together before bedtime?  I have a serious problem with sleep, and if I can get a better night sleep and get whatever supposed testosterone boost these supps give I would like to take both.  Just not sure if they have any adverse reactions when taken together.

Anyone know?

Get yourself some trypto to go with it and you are good to go.

i dont see a prob with it...take the melatonin on a strict schedule...make sure you take at the same time every day/night....it helps regulate your bodys natural sleep cycle and it also takes a week or two for it to take effect...i struggle with sleep as well on and off juice...my dr.advided me to the melatonin and told me to use that and give it month to see what happens....if that doesnt work we go to the meds  ;)

Might be a case of not having enough calories for a good night's sleep.
