I always loved this method liked this method warm up good use a weight you can get near 20 reps and blast at like bench 250 21 time or bent row 250 20 heavy leg press I just don't see how benching 300x 20 or rowing 295 x 20 time can't build mass ,dips and chins work well legpress do a few 3 sets of 10 curls ,leg curl,triceps what ever you want in there it can be done as a full body routine such a dips row legpress with curls and leg curls threw in next work out might be bench 300x 15 chins until you hit 50 squats curls,tri extensions I'm naming this the chess315 system it does work good is fairly easy in that you only do three kill your self sets a work out but lots of easy warm up sets basically your doing a NFL combine test on 3 compound movements try it I think you should probably already have a decent strength base but how the hell can't benchiny 315 17 times build mass or doing 25 chins or 600lb legpress or 300lb squat think about it
