one arm cross face tricep extensions

Started doing these & really felt it in my triceps, supposed to be a good exercise for your bench press.
anyone confirm this?

It`s just a one-arm skullcrusher.....you can also use two bells to the side of your head by your ears,or just so skullcrushers.

I never see people these days using a Tricep bar with a parallel grip
The EZ bar I find uncomfortable on my elbows

I've done these aimed a little more towards the shoulder, feels good. I've also done a version with two dbs where they meet in the center of the chest. Does it help your bench? I think the two db version helps more as it involves some stretching in the shoulder socket since you tend to flare your elbows out instead of tight.
