ECT training
« on: July 19, 2024, 02:16:22 AM »
This guy calls it ECT Training or " Economic Training "
Mainly machines 1-3 sets working the full body 2x a week.
10-15 second rest between sets then a drop set or rest/pause. The goal as he wrote is another 1-3 reps.
Something for Oldtimer1

Larry Pollack does breakdown training hitting 3 reps per set so 9 reps total

I think that's a pretty good way to train

And when he can get more than 3 reps he increases the weights
