How do the metrics treat Coach? He seems to check a lot of boxes ... longevity, constant presence on the board, lives the lifestyle (and successfully), front and center of political battles/feuds ... just perhaps falls a little short re the quick-wittedness of Getbig's funniest posters.

No.
The Committee™ does not explain itself.
The only insight I will provide will be that I have turned off the Y Board rank booster.
And, certain names maybe be rolled under one account if they are the same user, so if they are off the list, the board can figure out what name they fall under.

Not that the Committee needs to explain itself but there will be a delay of the release of the Top Getbiggers of all time.
All the Y boarders and certain mods like OMR graciously decided to pull their names from the list so ''other'' posters had a chance at making it.
This completely threw off the algorithm as it was only able to come up with one poster, Hulkotron, worthy of the list.
A new program needs to be run before the list can be finalized.

I think there was a definitive connection to Nasser even if it wasn't him. gh15 knew languages other than English. For example he might have referred to pineapple as ananas. Little things like that you're likely to miss if you only speak English. I came to the conclusion it couldn't have been any other pro other than possibly Nasser. gh15 also never ever dropped any hint to some IRL happening only a pro would know, there was zero way to definitively link it to some real person. I think that Leo guy said they thought it was some friend of Nasser's from his home country.

gh15 definitely wasn't someone who just read some steroid profiles but had zero personal experience. Like he would say when you mixed different gear in the same syringe you could see the hormone float in there like little hairs. Or that he claimed to have used the same needle a hundred times. Who would say that other than someone who had done it? Reusing needles is a thing actually, for whatever OCD reason.

He wanted me to contact him, which I did, to confirm that Nasser had indeed passed away. gh15 wanted to be sure it wasn't just a rumor before he posted his eulogy. gh15 was a big fan of "the beautiful man with glasses". Besides, gh15 was very versed in Judaism and its customs which he frequently mentioned, followed, and was very opinionated on Jewish politics, and was a huge supporter of Israel. He was either Jewish himself or just a big supporter like I am. Nasser was a Muslim and was buried in traditional Muslim tradition.

Maybe it wasn't new to you. Not everybody is an expert and as involved as you apparently are now let alone frequent a German board. Nobody talked openly about drugs and the amounts used like gh15 did. I never read about the amount of HGH used and that by the time you are a pro you are at 15 ius/day, hence gh15.
He was wildly popular not just on this board but was talked and referred to by other boards around the world. He had a huge impact on bbing that even pros would talk and make reference to him. Some simply resented his popularity and influence. This is not a surprise.

If GH15 wasn't nasser he certainly subscribed to Nassers approach chemically to bodybuilding, the similarities in the original GH 15 character were very real, you could tell it changed and the person impersonating was trying to be similar to the original account holder, but the change was noticeable, Nasser was very active on the boards around that time, i still wouldn't discount it being him, especially his hate for Milos or Mishko, some of the stuff said back then wasn't that well known, whoever it was had certainly been in the southern California scene. The later version was just rubbish, any juice head on meth could have rambled that garbage.

Whenever I talk to younger guys in the gym who are super into bodybuilding and want to talk about the Olympia etc, eventually the convo will go to gear, and I end up talking about how before social media everything was on the forums, and nobody used to know that all the pros were juicing until a guy named GH15 started posting, etc. And I think it's true that GH15 really did make public knowledge what most people outside the upper echelons of competitive bodybuilding didn't know, that those bodies are unattainable apart from drug abuse etc.

20 years ago the advice in German Forums was like this:
250 mg Test after a few years of training
500 mg Test if you are advanced. (7 Years)
750 mg Test + orals if you are a bodybuilding pro :D
1g Test and more: absolute crazy unsafe dosage.
GH15 was a guru and would show these crazy cycles, just like Milos Sarcev's advise today.
But by comparing the before\after pictures from Milos site, you notice that they look only slightly better,
like 5% better, and that is after a unhealthy, massive and long cycle..
It has diminishing effects..
GH15 was nothing new besides: "HAHA they take much more then you think.." mixed with broscience and personal anecdotes.

Milos does not advocate very heavy stacks. Please show a very steroid heavy stack that Milos wrote out. Milos actually wrote out his ideal Mr O stack here on getbig and from memory it wasn't crazy. Perhaps someone can dig it up.
There are certain averages with dosages used in bodybuilding today. For example testosterone among heavyweight pros and top amateur tends to be at 1.5-2.5 grams. Some really trying to push it do more. To this you commonly add a nandrolone and tren. Then orals, often 4 weeks on, 4 weeks off. It is interesting and useful to know averages because bodybuilders usually arrive at most effective ranges after much experimentation, just like with average protein intake. The testosterone average is interesting because these high test dosages became popular in the 90s, especially after Munzer's death stack, which had 500mg of test a day, very uncommon up to that point. Now it's standars and many feel there's no way around highish test dosages for a base, other drugs can't quite make up for it. This is what gh15 said, pros work up to a high test dosage, then add nandrolone and work it up high. Then add EQ. Tren is often in there, dosages vary according to season and preference. This is exactly what is done in the pros.
The gh is often at 8iu but often more if can be afforded. Insulin varies, Milos' camp uses like 40iu per workout, twice daily. Many use a bit less but most have done these higher dosages at some point. Lantus has become very popular in some camps, 100iu or more in the morning with fast acting on top is common.
You are absolutely right, many don't benefit much from increasing dosages, and I'm among them, there is only a few percentage points increase in mass by doubling or tripling your dosages, but it's interesting that among very advanced bodybuilders there's a common range and it's high.
There were a few followers of gh15 who did the crazy 300mg/day of tren, which I can't actually remember gh15 recommending. Everyone doing it said the changes were daily and dramatic.
Response is key. You can see how the best respond by certain signs. For example Michal Kriso's hand. He does not train that hand muscle but it responds like crazy. All the best bodybuilders have these huge bear hands and often double chins and the mushroom head. Click to enlarge and take it in properly :D

4 weeks:
Sustanon 250 - (500-750 mg/week)
Deca (500 mg/week)
Dboll (3X20mg/day)
Trenbolon (200 mg/week)
Arimidex - 1mg /day
5-8 week:
Test Prop 50-100 mg/day alternate with Test Heptylate 50-100 mg day (500-700 mg/week)
Trenbolon Acetate (200 mg/week)
Primobolan (500 mg/week)
Anadrol (3 x 25 mg/day)
Winstrol tabs (3 x 15 mg/day)
Arimidex - 1 mg /day alternate with 2.5 mg Femara every other day
9-12 week:
Test prop 100 mg/day alternate with 50-100 mg Test Suspension /day - every other day (500-700 mg /week)
Masterone 100 mg every other day - stop 10 days out
Winstrol injectable 50 mg /day (week 9) 100 mg/day (week 10) and 150 mg/day (week 11) - stop 5 days out
Oxandrolone (3 x 10-20 mg/day)

The only thing that is very high is the Winstrol in week 11 (and you have the other orals on top). But it's only for a very short period.

That is an old one,(Or his special Forum-Edition) I've seen a newer one with much higher doses. (everything else is the same).
My guess is the dosage vary, but no, this is not what he advises them to take.

Milos had a more detailed program on his old gym forum.
Not sure where it was but i saw it on there many years ago. It was on some random competitors update thread.
The doses Van mentioned are similar, but about half of what i remember seeing.

Was it something Milos had written up for some athlete? Or an example of what some athlete was doing? Milos has talked about athletes doing 100cc's a week but he always says it's too much. I have a hard time believing Milos publicly said he recommended 6x times those dosages. I've followed everything and don't remember anything like that. For example, are you saying Milos recommended 4.5 grams of test, 3 grams of Deca, 1.2 grams of Tren and 360mg of Dbol a day? Or almost a gram of Winstrol a day?

So they come to a mutual agreement somewhere in the middle that the pro can accept. Sometimes they do even more behind the guru's back. For example, Chad Nicholls suspected Dallas McCarver was doing EPO though he adviced against it.
Milos was blamed by that Mike Wheels guy for his heart problems. But Milos had told him to cut way back on the gear but increase the insulin a little bit. But Wheels felt it was the 30-50iu insulin that did it, not the multigrams he had been doing for years. Milos told him to do like a cc of test and EQ every 3 days or whatever. That's nothing if you have been doing 12cc of test a week as base with a dozen other compounds on top.

That is what they say..that is what Milos tells the people, but that is only 50% of the story and maybe not 100% accurate. It is more the other way around.. pros with relativ low cycles come to milos and they get these massive plans..(like 3 times from what there where actually doing before)

20 years ago the advice in German Forums was like this:
250 mg Test after a few years of training
500 mg Test if you are advanced. (7 Years)
750 mg Test + orals if you are a bodybuilding pro :D
1g Test and more: absolute crazy unsafe dosage.
GH15 was a guru and would show these crazy cycles, just like Milos Sarcev's advise today.
But by comparing the before\after pictures from Milos site, you notice that they look only slightly better,
like 5% better, and that is after a unhealthy, massive and long cycle..
It has diminishing effects..
GH15 was nothing new besides: "HAHA they take much more then you think.." mixed with broscience and personal anecdotes.
+He was never gone, he still writes in the gh15 forum today under the same account. (writing style is the same). Ok, some say it is not the same person, but that would be easy to proof, as he writes alot.
One thing gh15 brought to the front was just how much bbers lie. 750 Test plus orals. Gym rats today routinely are at a gram of Test, 600-1000mg /wk of Deca or EQ, and 50 -100 mg/day of dbol or drol.

I haven't looked at what muscles/tissues are involved but I think it's a reaction to GH specifically, the tissue there swells. I've seen it happen to a couple of friends when they prepped with plenty of GH. It also goes away if/when you pause the GH. It's the same kind of reaction GH causes to the hands, if you're real reponsive the muscles of the hand really swell. Feet too. Guys say their shoe sizes increase from GH but I don't think the bones really grow, it's the soft tissue.
It's not fat, that's for sure.

Many retailers haven't dumped all their inventory and you can get them brand new for like 80% off if you search and are patient.
I got my Taylor Made irons / drivers (left handed too by coincidence) for like 500 bucks brand new, when they were 2000 a few years earlier.
The tech doesn't really change much year to year, so the best 2, even 5 years ago, are still awesome.

There are so many "pro cards" today that it's not that much of an accomplishment, there are some fairly average responders who lucked into a card. But in general, if talking about a pro as someone who everyone thinks looks like a true pro, they are kind of obvious pro material as soon as they dip their toes into hormones, long before 1500mgs.

So do you think 500 mgs a week will show pro potential?

I agree with Van it is fluid retention due to HGH studies show it raises your anti diuretic hormone causing fluid retention. An acute dosage will induce pitting edema in a day or two. I am sure Rammy is taking something to dry out but he is still holding some fluid.

Look at Mentzer, when did he show potential? It shows pretty immediately when you even touch anabolics. Lots of these physical characteristics can show before you even start the anabolics. Nice muscle bellies and attachments, favorable skeletal structure. Although Mike was fond of saying, "genetic potential can only be shown in retrospect" and it's true, you won't truly know your ultimate potential until you try.
But look at Mike at 19. Most of his ultimate muscle mass had already been built by then.

But then again, he was only 19 in that 195 pound photo so he would have probably added another 10 pounds just from maturing, and if so that means the gear only added another 10 pounds or so to his frame.

I remember Dr. Walczak, steroid doctor to all the big names (he made and offer to Basile that if Vince moved to Cali he could turn him into Mr. Universe), that assuming diet and training is on point most of your potential is made during the first year of training. Then it slows down considerably.

Some Trivia. There was a video posted here a while back of a then young guy who trained with Mentzer for a bit. The guy had to drive Mentzer to a meth dealer before he would go to a gym lol. Anyway, he said him and Mentzer would take 3ccs of NPP 3 times a week, nothing else. So I think Mentzer had taken a bit more at times than what you quoted. Another poster on a different forum said Platz told him to take 200mg of Deca day.

That was the only improvement he saw. I don't agree really but it's an interesting observation. Then you factor in the GH and insulin so how much did the increased steroids contribute? At the same time, I don't think you have quite exhausted the potential of steroids at 1500mg but it's not a linear muscle increase as the doses go up, obviously. Maybe you get to 95% at 1500mg. Victor Conte who tested all the top pros in the 90s said they were all at 3-5 grams.
I think Mentzer could have put on those extra 10-20lbs in say 6 months with a drug increase. It tends to come pretty quickly as the stimulus is increased. So that's why I say he was close even at 19. Same with Casey Viator, he was a monster at 19, and arguably looked his best ever at that age already.

Agreed about Casey he was massive at 19. He came back in 1978 and he was a bit smaller than he was at 19, like 10-15 pounds smaller. As far as the guys nowadays, they have much bigger legs, delts and backs, chest and arms aren't that much bigger. The bigger delts are from the androgens ie. test and tren. So 3 cc's of npp 3 times a week would be 900 mgs of npp a week, correct?

Yeah 900mg. The oldtimers really loved their nandrolones, testosterone not so much, just wasn't a thing back then, it was thought to be a crude androgen but we know now that it beats nandrolones in anabolism, it's not just an "androgen."

In my own personal experience tren is the best recomp drug in existence, for example I have run it with low dose test and I went from 12% bodyfat to 7% bodyfat while my scale weight stayed the same. Problem is I just get too vascular on it and ruins my aesthetics. Also I've just recently learned that it's kidney toxic so I doubt that I will ever run it again.
Yes estrogen is important for overall health and it does help the muscles grow better. Doc Huge talks about this repeatedly. Luckily I've never had to run an AI even when I blasted test up to one gram. I'm a big fan of the DHT's especially var but those can crash my estro unless I run a sufficient amount of test alongside of it.

I'm wary of high dose tren. I've used it a ton, more than I should have. I took an extended break and recently been running it at just 75-100mg a week, enanthate or hex. Kidney values have been good. I've been taking astragalus so that maybe has something to do with the numbers, I had some elevations in creatinine for a while - unknown if it was pathological, creatinine is almost always running a bit high in people with above normal lbm.
But even a low dose of tren can be beneficial as a specifically, and perhaps uniquely, anticatabolic steroid. It doesn't have to be the "main" compound in a stack. Even at such a low dose I can feel it. Some think the mood effects of tren are linked to its effects on the glucocorticoid pathways, not because it's extremely androgenic.

I'm wary of high dose tren. I've used it a ton, more than I should have. I took an extended break and recently been running it at just 75-100mg a week, enanthate or hex. Kidney values have been good. I've been taking astragalus so that maybe has something to do with the numbers, I had some elevations in creatinine for a while - unknown if it was pathological, creatinine is almost always running a bit high in people with above normal lbm.
But even a low dose of tren can be beneficial as a specifically, and perhaps uniquely, anticatabolic steroid. It doesn't have to be the "main" compound in a stack. Even at such a low dose I can feel it. Some think the mood effects of tren are linked to its effects on the glucocorticoid pathways, not because it's extremely androgenic.

I've run tren as low as 15 mgs a day which is 105 mgs a week, but it did nothing for me, so then I upped it to 30 mg a day which is 210 mgs a week and I responded well to it. So yeah, I could see running is at 200 mgs a week as an "add on" to the the main compound. I also responded well to 30 mgs of var a day.

Sarms don't work in my case. Yes tren is a sarm but it actually works :D I'd be curious to hear your thoughts/opinions on doc huge's anabolic pathways.

Chronicling the many changes in hirsuteness I've gone through life has been an interesting endeavor. I used to have fairly nice eyebrows. All of a sudden they started sprouting stray hairs that overnight grow really long. By stray I mean the may grow straight out or in some other cockeyed position as compared to the eyebrows of my youth. Another thing, they are always white or gray. If I left them alone, I'd probably look like a skinny Andy Rooney. But, since I am not ready for that look, I trim them. Don't think I will color them. Putting harsh chemicals near my eyes seems a bit dangerous. Chronicling the many changes in hirsuteness I've gone through life has been an interesting endeavor. I used to have fairly nice eyebrows. All of a sudden they started sprouting stray hairs that overnight grow really long. By stray I mean the may grow straight out or in some other cockeyed position as compared to the eyebrows of my youth. Another thing, they are always white or gray. If I left them alone, I'd probably look like a skinny Andy Rooney. But, since I am not ready for that look, I trim them. Don't think I will color them. Putting harsh chemicals near my eyes seems a bit dangerous.
