I do not take any stimulants. I have never taken Clen or T3 in my life. I have not taken any HGH in almost a year not sure how many times I can tell you the same thing. I don’t take pre workout either just caffeine from coffee and soda. And have you not been paying attention supposedly I have a huge fat gut.

Maybe I don’t know how to train to get bigger or stronger but Let me tell you what I do know at a heavier weight I can lift more the more I lift the bigger the Muscles get. Losing weight is the easiest thing In the world just stop eating so yeah you want to get bigger and stronger eat more you want to get leaner eat less. There is no need for any of that other crap. The longer you stay at a heavier weight and train the more solid the weight becomes the longer you stay lean you start to lose strength and muscle. The best form I have ever been able to maintain is 225lbs if I am firing on all cylinders after that it gets sloppy below that I get lean but lose strength. I have to be consistently eating and training hard to maintain that. The body doesn’t really want to go past that or below 200 it’s about 10% more you can get from doing everything right and you have to keep doing it or you will lose that 10% it doesn’t really matter what you do 10% is all you are every really going to get

Back on the diet. Don’t get me wrong I like being 245-255 but just feels like to much. So heading back down to 225.

My diet yesterday


Meal One- Porridge Oats, Chocolate protein drink with cherry extract (for uric acid build up)


Meal Two- Jerk Pork Loin, Potato Salad with low fat mayo


Meal Three- 2 x Chcken Breasts, Green Salad, Balsamic

Workout
Monster energy drink
Intra- BCAA 40gm 10gm Creatine
Post- Beef Isolate Slushy

Meal Four- Salmon Fishcake with scotch bonnets, Pineapple, Natural Yoghurt


Meal Five- Chocolate protein shake with ice


Did 2nd Test/Deca 1ml last night- sweating a lot more, focus in gym really on point, weights moving up nicely- a lot quicker than I anticipated
