yesterday i had turkish lamb kebab with rice

a can of monster energy

20 grams of whey

60 grams of egg protein

couple of kiwi fruits

thats about it.

Breakfast - several cups of tea till I could be bothered to get up off the cooch and go to work.

Dinner - corned beef sandwich, 3 bags of crisps

Get in from work - pint of whole milk, packet of southern fried chicken bits, pepperami stick, crisps

Tea - chicken and gravy pie
