Meal # 1 Post-Workout:
1 scoop of whey in water
1 banana

Meal # 2:
4 egg omelette with tomato slices and shredded cheese
turkey sausage
1 slice WW bread with butter
8 oz. OJ

Meal # 3:
24 oz. yogurt
5 slices of cheese

Meal # 4:
Broiled BBQ chicken breast
Steamed broccoli

SNACK:
2 chocolate rice cakes with natty PB
8 oz. whole milk

Lunch - Chicken Salad Sandwich / BBQ Frito's

getting better by the day... workouts good,, pump sucks tho... less gear...no gh..low low carbs... havent gone near a scale tho lol..down .5 inches on waist... headed the right way.. thanks for asking brother.

Glad to hear you are doing it. After a few more weeks the pumps will come back and you will be pretty lean so that will be cool. But I hear ya downsizing sucks balls.
