8 eggs with half a pound of bacon.

Coffee with heavy cream and butter.

4 salmon fillets with butter sauce.

1 pound of 80/20 ground beef, bone broth and 4 boiled eggs.

20 ounces of ribeye steak seared in butter with a few stripes of bacon.

A bottle of Cabernet Sauvignon with my GF.

Served her cock for dessert.

Due to high LDL, I'm on a 2 month experiment with a more Mediterranean style of eating.

3 weeks in.

Miss how good I felt on the raw milk and shit ton of beef, but am trying this just to see the effect.

Whats the high Ldl number? Just had labs my ldl was 126, Tri-75, hdl 45. Total 185. Not bad for a guy on Test for the past 15yrs.
