I am 70.75 inches tall that is not short. I am also sitting 224lbs this very moment. Not even close to skinny or manlet size and I posted a 350X2 bench press video. This video is about showing detail in the back. As far as my lips again not really concerned with hair and makeup

Probably just a bleeding ulcer or intestines maybe some polyps stomach was real bad for a couple days then the blood came but I started taking my Crohns meds again and it doesn't hurt as much now. Shouldn't last too much longer weight is actually doing alright 224ish now despite the minor issue. But yes still blood maybe losing a cup a day not too much and having some bloating. Taking supplements with food now and only having one cup of coffee a day. Also added a probiotic

I am not a physical train wreck I also walked 3 miles in thick sand on the beach today. I have crohn's so sometimes I have digestive issues. That doesn't mean I am not in phenomenal shape. I also have natural blond hair again though I thought this was about training not hair and makeup. Also 226 just now feel like this a a good solid evening weight for me not too stuffed.
