HGH Head seems to be catching... Would you be willing to change the shape of your head for more muscle mass?

x2.  Do you think they even notice?  When you see yourself in the mirror every day it is easy not to notice subtle changes.  This is not an exchange I would be willing to make.  Presumably the whole point is to make yourself look “better.”  When your head is literally changing shape like this… that is NOT better.   :-\

Hair for muscle?  Yes.
The shape of my head for muscle?  No.

He used to remind me of Ken Griffey Jr in the old baseball tonic episode of The Simpsons -

.

The change in his head was huge.

I’d imagine they don’t notice till it’s quite far gone and something makes them see it like looking at an old photo ect I can sort of understand if they compete at the very top level but for low level contests and recreational bodybuilding fuck that

The head size is very temporary. It's swollen cranial muscle, not altered bone structure. Lose your hair and it's permanent, swell your head and the solution is simple.

Human growth hormone making the skull thicker/larger. Their headbutts are more deadly

I couldn't find a good still of it, but the thumbnail for this video always made me laugh, especially the little squiggle outline around the horns  -

Yeah Israetel has major swollen head syndrome. GH contributes to it but it's not skeletal growth. GH can give you a double chin too but it's all swollen soft tissue. I've seen it IRL, when the GH is cut after a show or whatever it goes away.

As the cranium (skull) gets larger, their headbutt power increases and can be deadly

Lol! Mike Israetel was the first guy I thought out after looking at the OP cranium pics. He’s got the same ridges

Sure, same with the hand swelling you sometimes see, I just find the "Horns" part amusing, it never fails to make me laugh when it shows up badly in that way.

The head size is temporary because it's temporalis.   :D
