Local Crossfit out of business selling stuff good deal?

They are selling a bunch of weird stuff and rusty bars and weights but these 2 items looked interesting what do you guys think worth it? Didnt even want to move more stuff but GHD are supposed to be good just not sure on price. These atlas stones just look cheap to throw in yard let my son try and pick them up.

Get the stones. Worst case scenario if you don't enjoy training with them you at least have some nice garden ornaments.

Someone else already bought the stones but the GHD are 600 off retail and my lower back hurts so I am going to go get one this afternoon and see if it helps. I took this entire week off training still dealing with a cold hacking flem but plan to start up again Monday.

Yeah I have been throwing stuff away and wife told me not to buy anything but that looks like such a good deal 250 dollars for a 900 dollar piece of equipment and I can use it now.

Buy the one with the best pads. The pads can get expensive and a pain to replace.

Just get some NAC, dissolve it in water, drink it a couple of times a day and any lingering post cold cough/flem will clear up in 48 hours

GHDs are fantastic but most will just put it off after a while. Reminds me to start them again. I just use an incline sit-up bench and strap my feet in with a belt. The contraction is so hard it's almost worrisome (possible ham tear).
