I'm not really sure why, but this sort of consistent lying is disturbing to me. It's very dark. The so-called 'fitness community' seems to attract some very strange individuals. I wonder if she's sociopathic or just so deeply deluded that she's living in an alternate reality.

I think it's that good old bodybuilding combo of mild sociopathy and narcissism (reminds me of someone on the board...)
She needs praise (narcissism) and is prepared to manipulate her 'relationship' with people (sociopathy) to get what she wants
So in this case, I think maybe what she's actually saying, is 'natty at the moment' which may probably be true and gives her the wiggle room to tell herself she's being honest even though deep down she knows she's being dishonest, but doesn't care as that post is designed to garner plaudits...

She's been off and on gear for over a decade, but seems to balance it out without getting crazy.
Also injects something into her quads. That look is far from natural.
If it's all about hard work and diet, she would look very different.
However she has many people convinced.
She sells supplements too.
Go figure.

Without the gear she would look like every other girl age 25-32 who trains legs/glutes 4x a week and can't bench 115 for a single rep.

Yeah, it's weird. I'd like to know if they also lie to close friends and family, or if it simply is just something they throw out to the public in order to sell stuff, and in person they're quite open and jocular about it.

Yup. She and others like her are Selebrities. One can take solace in the fact that they all grow older by the second and it's driving them crazier.
I doubt that O'Hearn's kid is his. Same with Coleman. They've sterilized themselves via decades of drug abuse. If any child came from them it was via artificial insemination.
