Sundays are rest and Wed/Sat are conditioning without weights.  That said, not easy.

Dropping in to say "hey".. And look around...

Grape, I do a similar program (6 days, two w/ conditioning stuff).

M - Legs
T - Condition
W - Bench / Tri
T - Condition
F - Back / Bi
SA - Delts
SU - Rest

In Spring, Summer, Fall we walk 1-hr each day as well. Just not right now in Winter...

I try to have weekends off and only lift Saturday if I miss a day during the week.

I've been using the sled for leg workouts and it's tough but I enjoy it over squats right now.

I have been mixing in a lot of rucking, baseball, and compound lifts, but not enough compound lifts.
