Title: ms.ironman mabel rader just turned 100.

ironman was  started in 1936 by peary and mabel rader.  mabel was 21 then and is still going strong.

A very nice lady and hope she is doing well. I had some correspondence with her when I used to run my ads in Iron Man, always treated me well.  IM was by far the best Weight Training Journal ever published. After the magazine was sold things changed but not for the better in my personal opinion.
