As you guys probally know Ripitupbaby is competing in a bench meet on the 23rd, Saturday! She has really worked hard on it and kept at through everthing. She sounds like she has learned a lot and is having fun doing it, with those chains, bands and boards

She listened to people with an open mind and a great attitude even when things did not go so smooth for her. She is a true CHAMPION!

I'm not entirely sure what my weight will be. I've been staying away from the scale as much as possible because it makes me mental.
I expect to be somewhere in the mid to high 130s.
