Phil is a bigger taller version of Dex.

Phil has more quad seperation. He has better ham detail. He has more SWEEP. He has better and REAL calves. Bigger and more separated and detailed arms. Bigger and more detailed shoulders. Sliced ham/glute tiein is the same. He doesnt have high lats like Dex. Dex cannot beat Phil if Phil is on im sorry....from a bodybuilder and judge standpoint....unanimous Heath win if both are 100%.

Melvin always seemed like a laid back guy. I liked how he says he doesn't want people to cater to him, he wants honest feedback and he takes it all constructively. Not many guys are like that in the industry.

Elmosawi sounded pretty cool. Competing at the Arnold and than promoting the New Zealand Pro? From looking at all of all these out of shape bodybuilders he will probably be top 5 at the Arnold. Moe was an anatomoy chart at the ironman.

Also...how the hell did Kai beat Branch? Get a judge on to answer that PLEASE!

And what did Phil do since the Ironman to lose the sliced condition. He was much better at the Ironman!

I thought so too. Heath was near perfect at the Ironman pro. I think he said he would be heavier at Arnold. Poor planning. $:-\$

Weekend was great, really fun. Here are some questions and comments I heard about the contest, although there is so much more!

Did Kai Greene deserve to win or place second in the show, not third

Did Kai Green complete the very first round of competition at prejuding. Some other fans and competitors said he did not complete the first round?

Was Phil Heath crisper and his physique better at the Ironman than at the Arnold Classic.

Did Phil Heath competing at the Ironman hurt his chances at winning the Arnold?

Why wasnt Mo ElMoussawi higher at the Arnold, considering he placed 3rd at the Ironman, beating Silvio there.

Branch Warren was one of the thickest and biggest pros on the stage. Why couldnt he have won the show?

Chad: "Absolutely not. Vic M is probably the best athlete in the world right now. He can win the O. I can very easily see him and Dennis batling for years to come. Even flipflopping. My personal preference is that type of athlete."

Vic's therapy is going good. Rehab on a daily basis.

Wolf is the best thing since Arnold.
The man has presence just standing in the line up.
You scan your eyes along that line up and he instantly stands out as champion , no one is close.

The common thread with those guys is either height issues or clavicle width. Wolf has neither of those problems.

Yeah, unfortunately in that video with Ruhl, he was starting to get a gut. And he still has no calves. Of course, if he wants to win in the IFBB he needs a bigger back, a monstrous gut, ripped glutes and calves are optional.
