Of course, some will come back and say "don't insult others", but what is not being pointed out is that being polite on here doesn't seem to have any effect, so what other option is there?

if dexter gets up to 235 at this stage in the game, then sadly i think hell probably do so at the expense of his midsection.

he already has a small protruding belly,,,,even though his waist is small and all his abdominals are super cut.. he gots that outward curve..

I'm leaning towards Squadfather's comment that Dexter has in all probability not competed at 225 or higher yet. Keep in mind he is 5'6 and 1/2.

agree thats like saying ronnie coleman was 297lbs in 2005, ripped with 2% BF, 26inch biceps, and 40inch thoughs, cant forget the 65inch chest.

if dexters 250 at the olympia it will be watching from row 7 fully clothed with boots on, the guy doesant even blow out off season he just gets about 10 pouinds heavier and a fair bit softer obviously as he smartly cleans himself out, before going hard for the next contest, i believe he could have won a few olympias already the guys shape is great and he still resembles the human anatomy unlike ronnie, no comment on Jay he doesnt rate in my book, just red and bloated i just cant figure it out, i would nt have him anywhere near the top.

Dexter is great but he will never win the O and i think he knows that.. in saying that i wish i looked like that..
dex looks amazing onstage but he doesn't look like he weighs more than 240 or so, there is no way in the world he is gonna weigh 250 onstage

In the Road to the O last year on bbing.com interview he sounded dumb and didn't really know what he was talking about
