heavy life

hi,ive been bodybuilding now for 15 yrs,i have recently been for a blood test .and have been diagnosed with rumatoid arthritis due to my work.ive been using dorian yates training routine,heavy weight low reps to failure..,,question is do i continue this routine,or switch to another style of training?the pains in most of my knees and ankles when cold  in temperature. do i stop and drop?passion of metal ???

so what are your goals exactly?

bigger muscles? leaner and tighter? more fit and healthy? better sport performance?

im in decent mass now,just maintain size,and lean and tighten up.skin that is.

well then you don't need to worry about increasing your training loads then, but as you get leaner and lose fat you gotta be sure and maintain them training loads, coz if you don't then you will lose muscle PERIOD

the way to get lean and tighten up is to eat less cals (yes, it's as simple as that)

it's simple to know what to do, but to actually do it is a totally different matter, coz most peeps pussy out and eat too much as they can't handle the pain and discomfort of starving
