I actually listened to the first 7 minutes and he's spot on. If you can do 20 pull ups at 180 but can only do 12 after you bulk up to 220, you are going backwards. You should keep sufficiency in relation to your bodyweight the same as you did when you were lighter.
Of course he doesn't train like that, but I was surprised he was giving good advice, lol.

I have yet to hear him speak the technical aspect on getting strength, he just talks about principles what is good and what is not. Like bodyweight to lifting weight ratio, but he never speaks how to actually manage any results, instead he just talks hype shit, injects oil and steroids, eats thousands of calories a day and makes epic faces when he does pec dec.

Agreed. That's a different argument though. The fact that he lies and uses fake plates is definitely something he should be criticized about. But promoting his channel by doing a crazy bulk, or a crazy cut, or talking about steroids, etc... is marketing to get more views. Nothing wrong with that, IMO.

and overly generous......I spoke to a guy who is a music producer and one of his videos he put on youtube had 2.4 million views.....her received a cheque from youtube for $7 (yes seven dollars) anyone who is making a living on youtube channels are fucking liars

You fellas are being to hard on Piano. Think what you want of him, but here's a guy selling regular, bland old shit. No pro hormones or drug-like grey market shit that sells itself. Nothing spiked that'll hurt people. You know, he's selling things that require real SKILL to sell. Marketing like Joe Weider, Bill Phillips and those before him.
Might I add: He doesn't make wild claims like Joe and Bill did. Rich moves a ton of product through just being likable. It's actually pretty remarkable for the supplement business.
Isn't that want you guys rail against? I thought this what you guys want out of a supplement company: honest, reliable supplements without crazy claims.
Hats off to him, I say, but it seems there is NO pleasing people in this industry.

His 70lb target is probably 55-60 once you adjust for methods of measuring as i have no doubt at some point he will video his weight first thing in the morning.
Here is Rich at a much lower bodyweight than today. It looks like this is pre-pmma/oil/whatever he is injecting into his forearms as they do stick out as being rather smaller compared to his biceps in this photo.

In the second photo where he is purported to be 240, he's not wearing that stupid watch. This alone accounts for at least 35 pounds and the fact that he substituted a pair of plastic "weights" for the dirt filled 5% container plus he shaved his mug makes up for the rest. What a maroon Piano is.

No-one has mentioned that once he hits 240 (or bust haha) then he will bulk back up again and show how much bigger he can get quickly with his supplements. He holds interest for months maybe over a year on this alone.
