New progress. The right arm and the right forarm has grown 0,1 inch during the last week. Stamina has improved as well.

New workout in the gym:

Today Debussey wore the spandex from the 80s in the gym to show solidarity with Mike Christian.

With "Go west" running on full volume on the mp3 player, brutal fantasies about becoming as hot as Mike O'Sperm in the minds eye, and fantasies about becoming faggerSpermer Haiders friend, Debussey was set for a great workout.

Debussey did some hefty warmups to get the heart rate up and running first. The theme of today was 80s disco dancing. Great warmup work for the stabilizing muscles and for elevating the general body temperature. When the spandex were soaked, Debussey went on to the weights.

The Go West's "call me" started, and Debussey got aggressive and hit the weights. Since Faggers exercise of choice = front squats, Debussey started with deadlifts to remain humble. Not that bad, 30 pounds x 5 reps, 2 sets. -> The intensity was brutal, Mike O'Sperm's brutal abs was ETCHED in Debusseys minds eye. DEBUSSEY will GET IN SHAPE.

Then it was standing behind the neck press in the smith machine. The machine x 1. That fucking machine was way to heavy. Debussey also got a problem with the back, so it went on to 5 pound dumbell shoulder presses. GREAT triceps pump and some brutal farting at the last rep, almost like a jet engine. The dumbells jet engined up at that 10th rep! Brutal triceps. MZBZZb


Then some situps.

After that, Debussey went to the store and bought some microwaveable popCorn. Great with some fast carbs post workout. 

Debussey = looking forward to getting back into shape :o

Debussey will be doing a westside barbell routine.

Debussey managed to bench press 60 pounds the other day!!!!!! The goal is now to get it up to 65 in 3 months!!!!

Prepare for a 2x/week westside barbell bench press assault!  8)

Westside barbell day 1: Speed bench and speed shoulders.

Since the bar is to heavy to do speed benches with, Debussey did it with a bambus stick today weighting 1 kg.

9 sets of speed bench.

Then 3 sets of barbell shoulder presses with the bambus stick.

Next time: The heavy bench day.

Brutal squat and deadlift heavy day.

Debussey does the westside style here as well.

Today:

Squats: 30 pounds x 3 reps. THen 40 pounds x 1 rep.

Deadlifts: the bar x 4. Then 60 fucking pounds x 1. YEAH!

Donkey calf raises: with nobody on x 4.

Situps.

Holy shit, walking up a stair was difficult after this workout, the legs felt like they were going to explode.

Debussey's strength has recently deteriorated to the point that walking has become difficult. This has necessitated the usage of a wheelchair and some assistance from Duck (Debussey's nurse) for transportation to the gym.

Remember:
You’ll need to slowly and gradually work your way back up to where you were.

Don’t just go in there thinking you’re gonna start right back with the bamboo sticks FFS. That's a good way to invite injury.

May consider starting with unilateral training using toilet paper rolls for the first 3 weeks adding several layers every workout thereafter, eventually working your way up to the double-ply by week 12.

After this kind and useful advice, Debussey took a massive shitter at the gym bathroom upon arrival. This visit used up all the toilet paper in the bathroom at the gym, and Debussey now had proper lifting equipment without being unethical in acquiring these means of physique enhancement.

Todays training:

Incline dumbell press: Toilet paper cardboard (the stuff that's left after the paper = used up) + 10 feet of toilet paper around: 10x3

Biceps curl: toilet paper cardboard w/o any added paper: 10x3

Pulldown: Tried no weight, but it tended to drag Debussey out of the seated position and up. Abandoned.

Walking: Debussey managed to walk on its own (not wheelchair) between sets.

Post lifting cardio: Duck wanted so to some kickboxing sparring with Debussey. At 215 pounds she outweighs Debussey by 135 pounds and Debussey refused to be frightened by a girl.
First Duck blocked Debussey's jab and Bear hugged Debussey before a brutal slam -> ouch. On the ground she spit in Debussey's face. Fucking bitch.

Then she did a right straight and left hook combo right in Debussey's jaw. -> Debussey just woke up. Debussey supposedly went out and shouted + spasmed uncontrollably after the knockout. Duck lifted the KO'd Debussey into the wheelchair and drove it home. The gym people said that Debussey looked like a retarded vegetable at that point with no body control and KO'd shouting while being "out but with open eyes".

Revenge will be planned. Fucking bitch.
