Been fighting that same motivational battle.
It's bad dude. The other night, I went to the basement to do one of those SC type workouts - got one minute into it, said "fuck it" and went upstairs. Forced myself to ruck - but I went 2.5 miles to the liquor store, put a six pack of dogfish head into the ruck, and did the 2.5 miles home...Suck right now.
Bad would have been opening a beer on the way home...
