Was so great - 25 miles - everyone had to carry something.   Was hard, the cadre was tough but fun, glad to be back and past this rona crap.

Training been great.  Looking forward to rest of the year events.  Have the 50 miler, the 9/11 events, etc

Have the 13.1 West Point this weekend.

When you doing the 50?

That last challenge was everything it should be.   Was so good.   Carried heavy ass stuff for long time and great team mates.

Here is what I did today.

With a 25lb weight vest

Air bike for 5min x at 12 calories per min pace

1/4 mile fast walk. Around 3.5 minutes.   

Repeat for 60 minutes w zero rest.   No rest at all. 

Soaked by the end.




Yesterday did an hour of heavy sandbag tosses and farmer carries.

90 minutes weights and various sandbag, kettlebell, movements - little rest. 

45 minute ruck 

More than Shitzo has done in a year.

5 min airdyne slow

5 box jumps at 30"
4 sets carioca
5 box jumps at 30"

3 20M sled push up to 300lb high/low push

26 sets:  10 sec sprints at 6:00 pace.  Alter incline from 1-8, 5 pushups every other set during the rest (10 during last).

30 push up after to get to 100 total.

Today was a leisurely 1.15 hr ruck, then a 2 mile run in the woods for dumb reasons.

My running is currently poor, despite being very consistent with workouts.

10 minutes overhead 25lb medicine

1 minute rest

5 Minutes - box step + 8 count BB

1 minute rest

5 minutes 120lb sand ball clean + overhead press + front toss

1 minute rest

5 minutes farmer carry w Gerry Cans

1 minute rest

5 minutes  - 10 push ups + 10 mountain climbers + 10 squats + 10 curl/press w 30lb DB

1 minute rest

5 minutes - chains later raises and front raises and torso twists

1 minute rest

5 minutes - walking lunges with 44lb kettlebell

1 minute rest

5 minutes - reverse overhead sandball (120lb) throw

1 minute rest

5 minutes - 8 count BB plus sandball (120lb) front throw

1 hour - 4 mile ruck w 35lb. 

Total time 2 hours.
